We also include your design suggestions as part of our ongoing development program. Coupled with maintenance, a support contract can not only help you run a smooth operation, but also understand how to improve it. As a support customer, you have our commitment to work with your Tier 3 (end user support) team to research and resolve issues involving the application of our products to your business processes. At your request, we can also periodically review your operational procedures to identify opportunities for improvement.
